Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:Review of technical documentation going into production, followed by evaluation, and preparation of reports and presentationsCollaboration on internal/external project logistics (international transport, express deliveries, etc.)Resolving quality issues arising in the production of low-voltage switchboardsSupport in preparing documentation for projects going into subcontracting (documentation, capacity planning, etc.)
Qualifications for the roleUniversity student in a technical fieldAdvanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.), as well as PowerPoint and Word; Power BI is an advantageLogical thinkingGood organizational and communication skillsCreative and proactive approach to work
