-Operational Support: Manage the daily flow of the office, including handling mail, answering professional phone inquiries, and providing a warm welcome to visiting clients
-Policy & Data Management: Maintain and update client records with a high degree of precision; process policy changes accurately and efficiently within the company system
-Records Oversight: Develop and maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) to ensure seamless document retrieval and data integrity
-Audit Assistance: Act as a key resource during internal reviews or audits by gathering, organizing, and preparing requested documentation
-Project Management: Support the management team by taking ownership of various administrative projects as assigned
