Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
• Answer inbound calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage email correspondence, responding to messages and organizing communications efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and reserving conference spaces.
• Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels meet the needs of the team.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and address any ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and records.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with email management and precise correspondence.
• Familiarity with ordering and maintaining office supplies.
