Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Floater in Manhattan. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm five days a week in their office.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a floater for the team by booking travel, generating expenses, and handling scheduling. Manage inventoryCover reception such as lunch breaks and days offStock printers, set up conference rooms for meetings, and bring guests around the office/to different floors


Qualifications:

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook for scheduling Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
