ResponsibilitiesSupport executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.
Assist in the formulation, enhancement and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets and/or resource allocation.Complete data collection or research and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.Identity and facilitate process improvement initiatives.Lead assigned, critical projects.Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, actions items and outlines key decisions.Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning and defined projects.RequirementsEducation:
