Administrative Director-Primary Care and Pediatrics

The Administrative Director will serve as an influential leader, overseeing and managing various administrative operations across a diverse range of medical specialties. This position requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizational structure. The Director will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations and fostering a collaborative and patient-centric environment, with a focus on continuous improvement. By forging collaborative partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership, and providers, the aim is to optimize medical group operations and deliver high value and customer experience for patients and internal stakeholders alike. This leader will participate in operational and strategic planning and will report directly to the Chief Practice Officer.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, foster a collaborative environment, and drive organizational change.Understanding of state and federal laws relevant to the assigned area.
