Additional Information About the Role Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College is seeking and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join the team. This is a great opportunity to support the needs of future nurses in an academic learner centered environment.This position supports the success of the teams in each unit by providing operational and administrative support. FT onsite position Monday-Friday, hours between 7:30a-5p. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management. Responsibilities Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed. Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials. Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence. Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
