Job Summary:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties:
Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties.Utilizes AI tools to efficiently complete various office duties, enhancing productivity and workflow accuracy.Processes Travel Authorizations and travel reimbursements for faculty. Assists with Pro Card reconciliations Assists with maintaining departmental website. Submits and manages Non-PO payments and voucher requests in accordance with institutional policiesCoordinates shipments and generates shipping labels as needed. Responds to emails and troubleshoots issues to ensure timely resolution.Obtains and provides requested documentation for faculty, including Tax Exempt forms, direct bill memos, itineraries, and other travel-related materials.Provides cross-coverage and administrative support to the department during staff absences.Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of acquisition cycle.Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable.Conducts special projects and reports.Adheres to internal controls established for department.Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
