The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support the full interview and hiring process. This role serves as an integral partner in managing day-to-day recruiting activities, maintaining accurate candidate records, and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly organized, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and helping to build a strong team of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate availability.Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure accurate and current information.Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support related onboarding coordination as required.Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency throughout the recruiting process.Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience scheduling meetings, interviews, or appointments in a professional setting.Office or administrative background with strong organizational capabilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules, records, and communications.Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Bachelor’s degree.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This role is 100% in-office, and you will work the full 8-hour workday on site. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will regularly use standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruiting and applicant tracking systems. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation and parking for commuting to the office.
