Administrative Coordinator
Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role, offering an excellent opportunity to support dynamic construction projects while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and efficient coordination across multiple active projects. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and track progress across multiple construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including document preparation and organization. • Assist with updating project-related documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance. • Communicate project updates to the owner and other key stakeholders in a timely manner. • Organize and maintain records related to construction projects, ensuring accessibility and compliance. • Collaborate with team members to manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines. • Handle expense reporting and event coordination to support project activities. • Contribute to the overall organization of projects by streamlining processes and ensuring effective communication. • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution. Requirements • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a construction-related environment. • Familiarity with construction documents and processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing project data. • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience in event coordination and expense reporting. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
