Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support one of our real estate clients in MA. This AC will be calling outbound to current and potential customers for home quotes and offers.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide company information & schedule appointments.
• Make up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily - (No cold calls).
• Utilize company scripts.
• Send emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our lead database.
• Update customer interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
• Manage Multiple Excel Spreadsheets.
• Provide support to Management and the Real Estate Team.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered

Skills and Requirements
• College Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
• Flexible work schedule - 40 hours per week. Potential for hybrid remote work schedule.
• Self-motivated, and self-directed with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
• Ability work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates active listening and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized and able to multi-task.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficient with Client Relationship Management (CRM), preferably Sales Force.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar.
• Speaks fluent and clear English.
• Must pass a CORI check.
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
