Administrative Coordinator

A client of Kforce's in Denver, CO is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator for a four-month, fully onsite contract in downtown Denver. This position is to assist and support file reconciliation, customer service, and ad-hoc activities related to a new project.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Performs a variety of complex tasks to relieve supervisor of routine operational and administrative details by managing, organizing, prioritizing, completing and/or delegating work and making decisions when appropriate and within established guidelines and policy
* Performs administrative functions such as incoming and outgoing telephone calls and customer file management work
* File reconciliation work: remove customers from their server who are no longer traveling or have active certifications; This data will be pulled from provided Excel sheets
* Customer Service Work: will have to handle calls and voicemails for a customer line; Listen to prior days voicemails, follow up, and handle any incoming calls throughout the day
