Administrative Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support recruitment activities and enhance candidate experiences within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling tools. Responsibilities: • Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely information and addressing inquiries related to interviews. • Create and maintain detailed reports on recruitment metrics such as candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and sources of employment. • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, including job fairs and open house initiatives. • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function. • Maintain a high level of customer service by building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Adapt to new scheduling tools and technologies to streamline workflows. • Perform administrative tasks to support recruitment activities and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to follow-through. • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Teams. • Prior experience with scheduling tools, such as Yello, is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and team members. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while managing individual responsibilities. • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative coordination or a related role.
