Administrative Coordinator
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for a team of technical professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Schedule and track projects, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met efficiently. • Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly. • Organize and facilitate training sessions, both virtually via Webex and in person, as required. • Liaise with various departments to streamline processes and ensure consistency across teams. • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, maintaining a high level of organization. • Adapt to evolving processes and systems, asking questions to clarify tasks and improve workflows. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Support team members with additional administrative duties as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative coordination or a related role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in scheduling, project tracking, and managing databases. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service. • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Webex is preferred. • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable working with individuals who have strong personalities and high expectations.
