Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This role involves managing and organizing administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The candidate will play a critical role in providing support to internal teams and delivering high-quality service to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
+ Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely sharing of information.
+ Documentation Management: Maintain and organize records, reports, and correspondence using digital and physical filing systems.
+ Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
+ Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal/external meetings, events, and training sessions, including handling logistics and paperwork.
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and propose actionable solutions in alignment with company goals.
+ Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
+ Project Support: Assist with the coordination and tracking of projects, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
+ Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ A positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
