We have an immediate opening for a Administrative Coordinator at our aerospace location in Rockford, ILL. This position is FT 40 hours per week. The primary focus of this role is to support and provide general administrative assistance to management and staff.

Duties & responsibilities include:

Maintain office supplies, assist with reordering & restocking office and kitchen suppliesSupport employees, acclimation and onboardingAssist in coordinating activities, special events, resources, and equipment in support of office engagementHelp as needed to manage and maintain the office seating chart and employee transitionSupport executive requests when neededHandle multiple tasks or projects simultaneouslyComplete power point presentations and support Excel requirementsScan packets and uploaded into SAPEnter data into various tracker(s) File necessary documentsUpdate data in customer systems (EtQ and MROLife) dailyLog packets for storage in Iron Mountain Boxes.Assist in the development of standard work Update  Scrap Rework and Repair tracker.Update Powerpoint slides for Corrective Action Board review

Work Experience

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following combination of education and experience:

HS Diploma or GED required with 1 to 3 years’ experience as an administrative project coordinatorSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving skillsPro-active attitude and ability to complete projects efficientlyEffective teamwork and organizational skills Process oriented. Enjoys fast paced, creative environment Intermediate experience with MS Office suite of programs including Excel, Word & PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and interact with all levels of the organization.Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

 Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

Hourly Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00
