Description
We are looking to hire an executive administrative assistant position. This position will support the marketing team for the commercial real estate environment. In this role and individual will answer phone calls, provide face-to-face customer service, assist with excel documents, typing proposals and power point presentations.
•\tManage office functions including maintaining supplies, IT/telephone vendor management, daily mail and light telephone coverage for an office of 15 people
•\tProvide administrative support to the President for correspondence, reports and contracts
•\tPerform other administrative tasks including expense reports, updating client data base, filing, and greeting visitors in a professional manner
•\tSupport brokers with marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, flyers, signs, etc.
•\tEnhance social media presence and maintain website content

• 3-5 years of strong administrative support experience in a corporate environment
•\tSolid knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (working knowledge of Access desirable)
•\tProfessional and courteous customer service demeanor
•\tStrong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
•\tMust be able to take initiative, self-direct and be resourceful
•\tStrong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
•\tAbility to prioritize and multi-task
•\tMinimum high school diploma

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
