Administrative Coordinator
Description + Facilitate the acquisition of apostilles for essential documentation. + Create accompanying attachments and insert hyperlinks for submission processes involving external agencies. + Ensure timely completion of all required training related to the quality management system. + Regularly conduct regulatory intelligence surveillance, recording findings and sharing them as instructed. + Familiarize yourself with the procedures for commercial release authorization, updating relevant records as directed. + Assist with both internal and external audits, as well as compliance assessments. + Serve as the main point of contact for managing customer complaints, including intake, investigation, tracking, resolution, and reporting. + Draft and issue complaint response letters when requested and prepare professional customer communications detailing investigation outcomes. + Perform adverse event searches within the database. + Handle the processing and tracking of returned devices linked to customer complaints. + Compile registration materials as needed by distributors, following provided guidelines. + Conduct thorough labeling reviews based on established checklists. + Stay informed on evolving global regulations, standards, policies, and guidance issued by regulatory authorities, analyzing their potential impact on the organization. + Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
