Administrative Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support field operations by ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient communication. This long-term contract role is based in Houston, Texas, and requires a tech-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to manage critical administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the field service team. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and engagements for field staff to ensure efficient time management. • Communicate with vendors to oversee service delivery and address any operational issues promptly. • Upload, track, and manage documents within company systems to maintain organized and up-to-date records. • Utilize Salesforce to monitor and update records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. • Serve as the central point of contact for administrative support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Answer inbound calls and provide timely responses to field staff and vendors. • Coordinate operations to streamline processes and enhance team productivity. • Manage spreadsheets and utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and support organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operations coordination. • Proficiency in Salesforce for record management and tracking. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and team members. • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with calendar management and scheduling. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets for data organization. • Proven ability to provide administrative support and manage documentation. • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
