Administrative Coordinator
Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, including document management, communication, and general support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents. • Scan and digitize physical documents for secure and efficient storage. • Handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately and providing accurate information. • Offer administrative support to team members, helping to streamline processes and improve workflow. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared in advance. • Manage correspondence, including emails and letters, with professionalism and attention to detail. • Assist in tracking and updating databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on filing and document management. • Proficiency in scanning and digitizing documents using relevant software. • Strong communication skills for effectively managing phone calls and correspondence. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with scheduling tools and organizational systems. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry is a plus.
