Job description :

We’re hiring for our partner, a company in the construction materials industry.

We’re looking for a versatile and organized Administrative Assistant to support the team with daily operations: answering calls, managing documents and data, coordinating meetings and small events, and assisting with internal communication and websites.

Key tasks:

Handle calls and emails Data entry (CRM, Excel), provide delivery docs and invoices Prepare presentations and marketing materials Order office and breakroom supplies Help update websites and send newsletters (Mailchimp) Support event logistics and internal communications

Skills and qualifications :
