Administrative Coordinator

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri. As part of our team, you will perform a variety of tasks related to contract support, investment management, and process improvement. You will also be expected to liaise with different teams and stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and management of investments by working closely with investment owners, advising on investment structure, ensuring compliance, and managing timelines.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to manage data in accordance with investment management guidelines, conducting necessary analyses to ensure financial and legal compliance.
• Record and manage data accurately in line with our internal controls, policies, and procedures, including data cleaning in Excel, SharePoint, and other investment management systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sirion Labs, and Salesforce.
• Guide the end-to-end investment process, from planning and execution to management, tracking invoicing and deliverables, receiving necessary reports, and monitoring expenditures.
• Facilitate the creation, management, and wrap-up of investments, acting as the main contact for stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Act as an expert on processes, systems, and templates, providing training, coaching, and process change support to the team and external partners.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to operations leadership regarding potential process improvements and additional resource requirements.
• Interpret, manage, and review contracts while also conducting contract audits and managing contract drawings. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Document Review
