This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential assistance to both employees and vendors. This position is located in the District 07 Unit 001 of the Department of Transportation and Development and reports directly to the Admin Program Manager 3. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will: + Receive and distribute supplies to department personnel and to maximize warehousing space by keeping supplies organized. + Provides constant coverage of the front desk of the stockroom. + Creates, revises and maintains purchase requisitions ordered from DOTD Central Warehouse in accordance with DOTD Procurement Policies and Division of Administration requirements. + Must have a working knowledge of SAP, Agile, Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Responsible for the perpetual inventory control records by the use of computer and current inventory levels ensuring essential inventory items are never depleted. The incumbent must be self-motivated and be able to perform duties many times with or without minimal supervision and also be able to interpret unforeseen conditions as they may arise. The incumbent will participate in appropriate DOTD structured training programs and attend all continuing education classes and conferences deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of required tasks.
