We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact in our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Mandeville, LA. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: This support may include a variety of clerical duties which include but are not limited to: + Answering multi-line telephones and routing phone calls to the appropriate staff or taking detailed messages + Greeting clients + Notifying staff of client arrivals + Conducting check-in and check-out procedures for clients + Verifying insurance coverage + Contacting clients with appointment reminders + Processing faxes received + Entering information into an electronic health record (EHR) + Maintain a supply of the necessary packets for both clients with scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
