NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION:
Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for an experienced and flexibleAdministrative Coordinator 3to become an essential component of our administrative staff in the Monroe Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you will perform duties requiring broad knowledge of several clerical fields to provide management assistance for routine administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Greets all consumers and directs consumer to appropriate areas in the clinic while simultaneously answering all telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate staff.
+ Assists with maintenance of yearly fee updates for all consumers according to agency guidelines and maintains necessary forms for the establishment of fees for services as needed.
+ Confirms appointments daily and completes phone calls related to pending appointments.
+ Assists with keeping all consumer records current, filing or uploading reports/evaluations, correspondence, discharge summaries, etc., using the LDH policy for open/closed cases.
+ Verifies and documents Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance coverages and scans copies of insurance cards and ID information into Claimtrak
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National He alth Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
+ 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
