Responsibilities:
Handle sales contract preparation, loan application entry, and customer documentation

Process DMV paperwork for vessel registration, title transfers, and compliance

Support daily finance operations, including payment processing

Maintain accurate rate sheets, pricing updates, and deal tracking

Assist sales staff with administrative tasks and customer communications

Organize and manage digital and physical files for contracts, financials, and DMV records

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in a boat or automotive dealership, marina, or marine services environment

Familiarity with boating industry regulations and terminology

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in administrative support, dealership operations, or finance-related roles

Familiarity with DMV documentation and sales contracts (marine or automotive experience preferred)

Strong understanding of loan or finance documentation processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
