Administrative Case Processor SrPRIMARY PURPOSE: Reviews and analyzes cases/claims and enters them into the case management system on behalf of the client. Understands the necessary paperwork and requirements of each client’s guidelines and completes tasks in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes documentation based on state guidelines and client requirements.Conducts a thorough review to ensure case/claim processing is compliant, accurate and timely.Onboards new cases by reviewing and analyzing for processing.Engages with customers and auto dealership personnel to review and process documentation and cases/claims on behalf of the client program.Generates documents for client, customer, or attorney execution at the time of surrender.Updates case management systems by incorporating workflows for tasks and activities, making diary note entries, collecting and entering all key dates, and generating appropriate client or state documents.Escalates customer or dealer issues to manager as appropriate.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
