... We are recruiting for a highly organized and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is the operational backbone of their service delivery. Your administrative efficiency will directly accelerate the process of getting assistance to those in need, making you an essential partner in their life-saving mission. Your organizational skills will help keep the heat on for the community.

Highlights:

Temp-to-HirePay rate: $21-23Onsite in Madison, WI

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's duties will directly support the rapid and compassionate delivery of energy services.

Service Delivery Support:

Prepare high-volume outreach and program items for mailing, ensuring critical information reaches eligible families quickly and accurately.Organize and maintain all program correspondence materials, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality for participant data.

Operational Integrity & Efficiency:

Track, update, and manage vital participant information using computer programs (e.g., Excel spreadsheets), ensuring accurate and timely distribution of assistance.Organize and prepare supplies and logistics for Special Events and community engagement effortsPerform other essential clerical duties as assigned to support the overall operational health of the organization.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a reliable individual whose professional skills and personal passion align with this mission-critical work.Administrative experience with clerical support duties, including high-volume mail preparation and information tracking via computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)Commitment to confidentiality: proven ability and willingness to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive participant and organizational informationValid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for fulfilling essential organizational and outreach dutiesProven ability to follow both oral and written directions precisely and accurately, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in service delivery.Mission Alignment: A profound commitment to social justice and the mission of supporting underprivileged communities.Prior experience in nonprofit work highly valued
