We’re looking for a full onsite Administrative Assistant in the wealth management industry in downtown Vancouver, BC.
Our client is a well-established wealth management firm focused on building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality, personalized financial services. The team operates in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, professionalism, and client service are critical. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the wealth management team with client documentation, account maintenance, reporting, and day-to-day administrative support.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Process and follow up on client documentation to ensure proper account maintenance and compliance. Work closely with the wealth management team to support client relationships and business operations. Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and internal reports. Assist with servicing existing clients and responding to routine inquiries. Support KYC documentation processes with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness. Perform additional administrative duties as required.The successful candidate has:
2–3 years of related administrative experience within wealth management or the securities industry. A well-rounded understanding of securities industry processes and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Dataphile and Salesforce is considered an asset. Completion of CSC and CPH and CIRO licensing is beneficial but not required for this role.Compensation and benefits:
