Job Overview
This position reports to MD, Classics, Essentials and HIC, Greater China at the regional office in Hong Kong supporting the MD in their duties from an administrative and coordination perspective with Owners and the Hotels.
Duties Responsibilities
Acts as a first point of contact for hotels and owners for routine queries, escalating issues to MDs when needed. Must have competency to handle day-to-day communications, conflict resolution and relationship management.Handle administrative arrangements for the MDs and Brand team related to Owner issues.Travel with MD within Greater China to assist with coordination and interpretation where necessary for Owner and Hotel visits.Drafts and sends communications on behalf of the MDs (English and Chinese).Translates communications, converting emails, report and presentations between English and Chinese for owners and hotel teams.Coordinate cross functional projects and initiatives as assigned, tracking timelines, coordinating communications and report preparation.Collect Performance Data and conduct basic analysis – gather reports from hotels (financial, operational, guest experience) and consolidate for MD review.Be a cultural bridge for MDs advising on etiquette, local context and relationship building.Reporting such as provision of dashboards and other related material supporting portfolio performance.Handle office administrative matters or support including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, report templates, coordination, and consolidation of surveys.Liaison, communicate and coordinate with Hotel General Managers and Owner’s representatives on regional matters whenever is needed.Administrative Support for calendar and travel management, document preparation such as presentations and expense tracking.Must have strong command of Mandarin and English for business – spoken and written.Job Overview

Candidates with an FB or Rooms background at Hyatt properties are preferred.Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook, ChatGPT.Experience
