This full-time position will support 2 managers. Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. Some flexibility is needed with the hours.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Assists with various organizational activities and preparation of statistical reports as directedCoordinates and oversees office and supply management for department/unit operationCoordinates and oversees unit environmental and safety managementCoordinates and oversses special projects as requested by leadership teamCoordinates meetings and electronically conference calls and takes minutes for meetings as requestedDemonstrates competencies in computer programs such as: Microsoft Office Word, - Excel and PowerPoint, email, intra/internet programsMaintains employee files, confidential paperwork and KRONOSMonitors expiration/due date for department/unit staff such as, but not limited to: licensures, performance appraisals, TB testing, certifications and attendanceOn behalf of supervisor(s), signs his/her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers and other forms as delegatedReceives and screens all correspondence, determining appropriate actionMust be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
