**A Snapshot of Your Day** As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations for Steam Turbine manufacturing and service operations. Your day will involve coordinating supply orders, managing meeting logistics, supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, and facilitating shipping and facility requests. You’ll interact with internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. **How You’ll Make anImpact** + ManageARIBA ordering for office and operational supplies. + Organizemeetings, training and events (All Employee Meetings, Town Halls,Workshops etc.) for Steam Operations and support teams by coordinatingroom bookings, catering services and relevant logistics. + Organizecustomer meetings, including visit plans, room setup, catering, andfacility tours. + Submitand track EMCOR/BUDD facility service requests for facility needs. + Leadonboarding for new employees as super-user (identity management, emailaccount, PKI card, phone, laptop, etc.), as well as Facilitate employeeoffboarding processes as required. + Provideshipping support via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’sdegree in business, engineering or in a related field. + 3+years of experience in an administrative or an office support role. + Familiaritywith ARIBA, SAP or similar procurement platforms. + Strongorganizational and multitasking skills! + Effectivecommunication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and enterprise systems. + Abilityto handle confidential information with discretion.
