We are seeking a dedicated Workplace Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This role involves providing a welcoming environment and coordinating various office services.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for all facility entrants with a friendly demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.Answer telephones professionally and create presentations for diverse-sized groups.Arrange and confirm recreational dining and business activities upon request.Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders, coordinating workplace services including mail and office supply services, as well as onboarding.Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions with a customer service-driven approach.Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up, tearing down rooms, and ensuring delivery of necessary supplies.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying the appropriate parties to ensure the safety of individuals within the building.Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.Communicate detailed or complex information within the team and follow instructions provided by the manager.Perform tasks with clearly defined methods, using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.Essential SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing customer service role.High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience of 1 year in meetings and events.Familiarity with Tririga, Qualtrics, Si7, and Slack.Excellent organizational skills and time management.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling and prioritize multiple events.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot during live events.Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate cross-functionally.Comfortable with public speaking, conducting tours, and participating in campus-wide activations as a host.Work EnvironmentThis is an onsite position located at a designated facility in Sunrise, requiring working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The role necessitates wearing a uniform and involves interacting with various stakeholders, including employees, guests, and vendors. The work environment emphasizes a professional demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
