Administrative Assistant - PART TIME
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Sacramento, California. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently. • Arrange travel plans and prepare detailed itineraries for team members. • Manage correspondence, reports, and documents, maintaining accurate and organized filing systems. • Prepare and oversee records, statistics, and reports related to operations and personnel changes. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Assist with project management tasks, including setup and coordination of new initiatives. • Organize office operations and procedures to optimize workflow and information management. • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. • Respond to inquiries and requests from senior management, providing prompt and effective solutions. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental goals. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in calendar management and coordinating schedules for teams and executives. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with budget processes and expense tracking. • Ability to provide clerical support and maintain accurate records. • Experience working with C-Suite executives is a plus. • Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, for managing documents and reports.
