**Job Details:**
**Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension or conversion to perm**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm - Potentially some OT, and some Saturdays**
**Job Description:** Basic Purpose and Function: Front Office Task
**Responsibilities:**
+ Payroll clerk, Timekeeper: daily monitoring to correct mis-punches, vacation entries, birthday, and anniversary entries. Update employee weekly scheduling in work brain.
+ Accounts receivable/accounts payable.
+ Labor Hours tracking.
+ Answer phones, assist with greeting visitors and truck drivers and checking them in and assist truck drivers. Ensure GMP policies are enforced prior to entering the plant.
+ Review shipping log for errors and print shipping invoices. File shipping packets by vendor.
+ Update freight log for period close. Research any discrepancies.
+ Assist with BOL preparation for KLS from prior days shipments and email BOL’s to KLS weekly.
+ CHEP Pallet invoicing.
+ Review employee uniform weekly invoices. Order uniforms for new employees and assist with resolving uniform issues and discrepancies.
+ Audit PO’s, cycle counts and inventory adjustments for accuracy.
+ Updating SOX Logs. Daily logging of PO Receipts, inventory adjustments, and inventory adjustments.
+ Assist with period close reports.
+ Daily filing of miscellaneous paperwork, BOL’s, inventory adjustments, shipping packets, cycle counts, POs, and attendance records.
+ Maintain accurate office supplies and orders as needed.
+ Assist with general office duties including back up for other office staff for vacations and absences. File, copy, Maintain internal records system.
+ Assist with locating and scanning documents for credits, audits, and billing purposes.
+ Wastewater management reports, this includes printing daily reports, entering date into excel file and filing.
+ Iron Mountain Management.
+ Preparing PPE Packets.
+ Training for additional training duties as the office coordinator.
+ Assist Front Office Supervisor and Office Coordinator with other tasks.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
+ Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel (intermediate skill)
+ Highly Meticulous with an elevated level of accuracy.
+ Proven problem-solving abilities, math, and analytical skills. 10- key calculator skills
+ Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
+ Must be well organized, flexible, have a strong attention to details and able to manage multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
+ Must have great customer service skills.
