Our trucks are designed to perform under the toughest conditions.** The Administrative Assistant supports the Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Facilities & Maintenance teams by performing a wide variety of essential administrative, data entry, and coordination duties. This individual will work on-site supporting day-to-day administrative functions that directly impact manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment. The Administrative Assistant must be comfortable navigating a manufacturing floor environment, while maintaining accuracy in high-volume data handling and interdepartmental communications. **YOUR IMPACT:** _These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned._ + Perform high-volume, detailed data entry tasks using information pulled from internal systems such as our ERP system and Excel; ensure accuracy and timely completion to support operational workflows. + Coordinate daily responsibilities and shared tasks with other administrative team members, supporting functions across Operations, Manufacturing, and Facilities. + Maintain and update maintenance tracking spreadsheets and daily safety check logs for Facilities and Maintenance; ensure accurate and timely data entry. + Support the Facilities Contractor Program by managing documentation for third-party contractors, including insurance verification, training confirmation, and NDAs. + Process and enter requisitions in our ERP system on supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with Accounts Payable and procurement workflows. + Assist with supplies ordering for designated departments (e.g., paper, office items, safety gear). + Participate in data entry and tracking of parts-related discrepancies and resolution codes via RPS Excel spreadsheets. + Provide kitting support when needed to improve efficiency of production areas (ensuring high-usage parts are placed at point-of-use). + Collaborate with plant-level stakeholders (e.g., Process Technicians, Maintenance, Engineering) to provide timely administrative support and process coordination. + Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, working across functions in a fast-paced, and collaborative plant setting. + Wear PPE (safety glasses, vests, steel-toe shoes) when on the manufacturing floor, as required. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + High School Diploma or GED. + Three (3) or more years administrative support experience. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:** + Proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills. + Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills. + Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually. + Ability to manage confidential data. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** **Work Location:** On-site at the ASY plant, in a cubicle area above the quality department. **Environment:** Shared space; temperature-controlled. May involve light foot traffic across the manufacturing floor. **Physical Demands:** Frequent Sitting, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing; Seldom Standing, Walking/Running, Reaching, Climbing, Driving, Bending/Kneeling, Fine Dexterity, Manual Dexterity; Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion. Must wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and vests when on the production floor. **Pay Range:** $39,600.00 - $60,600.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
