Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing documentation, communication, and organizational workflows. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent editing skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare formal documents for client delivery, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Create, maintain, and update templates and forms to support internal and external processes.Monitor and respond to incoming emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate point of contact in a timely manner.Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team members or departments.Edit and proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes as needed.Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong keyboarding and general computer skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
Location: Remote. Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm CST (Must be local to the Neenah, WI or Appleton, WI area!)
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
