Administrative Assistant (Legal)
We’re seeking a **detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant** to support a Firm Administrator in a variety of operational areas. This remote-friendly role includes occasional in-person tasks such as mail pickup and IT coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support HR, payroll, and benefits administration + Assist with billing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking + Coordinate office services, vendors, and technology support + Help with events, meetings, and special projects **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior office experience required (law firm experience a plus) + Strong skills in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools + Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills + Discreet, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities independently This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to firm administration and grow your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.
