Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation:  $29-31/hour, depending on experienceLocation: Houston, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours - in officeAssignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance including 401K, PTO and holidays Responsibilities Support Iron Mountain Connect: Setup, train, and provide assistant to new and existing users, corporate and field. Prepare reports when requestedCollaborate with Legal department: Training employees on record-keeping procedures, best practices, and record destruction proceduresCoordinate with Iron Mountain for offsite storage and documents destruction and shredding services. Corporate and field.  Process Iron Mountain invoices for paymentCoordinate with Texas Shredding Services shredding services, corporate and field when requested.  Process Texas Shredding invoices for paymentSupport FedEx: Assist with new account setup. Corporate and fieldSupport UPS: Assist with new accounts setup. Corporate and fieldSupport Office Depot : Setup up new users, assist current users with restricted items approvalSupport the conference center meeting reservation (level 23) new user setups ,and training.  Approve meeting reservation for conference room 22.001Collaborate with Supply Chain Management group with Amazon Business providing assistant with restricted item approvalsCollaborate with the mail services manager (Jonathan Monterroso) with monthly expense report, purchase office supply when requested, corporate and field. Process invoices for payment (Corporate Outfitters, Pioneer, Office Depot, Pitney Bowes) Process Community Coffee invoices for paymentProcess Deliver Houston invoices for paymentSupport the Senior Facility Coordinator as backup Qualifications Must be able to multi-task and prioritizeStrong communication skills and organizational skills are requiredProficiency with MS Office requiredWorks with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolvingStrong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent required
