Administrative Assistant III

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a knack for multitasking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Location: Mountain View, CA

Pay Range: $33-$35/hr

Shift: M-F (05:00-07:00)

What's the Job?

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. 5-7 years of experience required. Experience working with executives highly preferred. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
