Weston Hospital is looking to add an Administrative Assistant II to the team who will support both the Cleveland Clinic and the NFLPA Trust. This caregiver will coordinate itineraries for NFL retirees, schedule and confirm appointments and set up internal meetings with various stakeholders. The role provides significant growth potential, including the opportunity to be part of a growing and expanding program, gaining visibility and experience in healthcare and sports health.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Perform a variety of duties to support administration.
Compose, type and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.
Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls.
Handle general inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
Maintain assigned calendars.
Establish and maintain filing systems.
Order and stock supplies.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High school diploma or GED and three years of secretarial experience OR an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science and two years of experience
Ability to type 45 WPM
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate’s Degree
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
