We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant II to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including logging and tracking purchase orders, reviewing and coding invoices into Oracle, and managing office operations. The successful candidate will also handle tracking and shipping through FedEx, assign and reassign fleet units, and request the disposal of vehicles that are no longer in service.
ResponsibilitiesLog and track purchase orders accurately.Review and code invoices into Oracle system.Handle tracking and shipping through FedEx.Manage office operations efficiently.Assign and reassign fleet units as needed.Request disposal of vehicles that are mile’d-out or wrecked.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience with invoice processing and entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or similar roles.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Oracle software.Understanding of accruals and expense reimbursement processes.Work EnvironmentThe position is onsite with working hours from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a contract-to-hire role, offering the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
