**Description**
PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:
The Administrative Assistant will provide primary support to the SVP Global Product Development, in addition to the VPs within the department. Position requires support in a fast-paced environment and ability to project manage multiple things at once. Key responsibilities include calendar management and day-to-day office operations.
ACCOUNTABLITIES:
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP Global Product Development for assigned brand portfolio including Clinique, Origins, Dr. Jart, Aveda and Bumble and bumble.
+ Liaise with the global brand teams, corporate functions, ELC executive offices and regional teams as needed.
+ Manage Outlook calendars and handle all scheduling matters. Schedule appointments and meetings. Coordinate and update any meeting request changes that occur during the day. Use best judgment in proactively prioritizing meetings based on brand priorities
+ Manage all logistics related to meetings (reserving conference rooms, catering, putting work order in through Office Services for room set up, AV support, etc.)
+ Book and coordinate all travel; obtain travel visas as needed; compose travel itineraries; troubleshoot as needed to resolve travel issues. Submit expense reports.
+ Prepare and organize itineraries for incoming visitors. Greet external visitors and ensure they are properly escorted at all times.
+ Order office supplies as needed.
+ Develop and maintain vacation calendar for SVPs direct reports and coordinate across entire team.
+ Set-up all new hires reporting to the SVP - inclusive of IT and equipment needs, as well as security
+ Coordinate office services requests as requested.
+ Support SVP in creating and maintaining a sense of community within the team; schedule and manage team events, support in securing space and ordering food.
+ Provide backup support to other executives for vacation coverage as needed.
+ Support with opening new POs and processing invoices as needed.
+ Flag and escalate issues in a timely manner.
+ Handle ad-hoc professional and personal projects as requested.

+ Travel planning
+ Expense reports
**Qualifications**
+ College degree preferred
+ 5+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience supporting executives a plus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
+ Superior organizational skills and detail oriented
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Must be able to handle numerous tasks in an efficient and timely manner
+ Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion while using good judgment and diplomacy is a must
+ Must be willing and able to learn
+ Builds collaborative relationships with others
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$58,604.00** **to** **$92,365.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
