What You Will Do:Assists Facilities team with entering new vendors into our internal payment systemAssists with department entering and tracking invoices within payment system. Works with vendor and Accounts Payable on any payment issuesServes as main point of contact for visitors and customers at our campus front reception deskReceives and forwards telephone calls from customers to appropriate employee or business unitGreets and checks-in visitors to our visitor management system. Creates guest badges and contacts hosts at campusAssists with conference room scheduling and room setupsAssists with campus tour schedulingResponsible for the entering, organizing and reporting of our department’s Great Catch / Near Miss safety observations into the Safety, Health and Environmental software systemOther duties as assigned by ManagerPosition Details:
Plant location: Naperville, ILWork week and shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM with some flexibility required depending on site needCompensation Package Offered: $25.00 per hourMinimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED6 months experience using Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft products1 year of customer service experiencePhysical Demands
May occasionally lift or move light office supplies up to 35 lbsPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience with financial payment systemsPrevious reception/switchboard experienceAbility to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks at onceGood written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $47,500.00 - $71,300.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
