We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support 12 associates. Key responsibilities include supporting the team with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and track invoices in a timely and accurate manner. This includes monitoring invoice approvals and reconciling discrepanciesArrange and handle details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointmentsPrepare regular and ad hoc reports using MS OfficePreferably, act as an in-house Notary PublicManage multiple objectives, project, or activities all at onceCommunicate and interact with all levels of Bank of America including senior executives and support partnersRequired Skills:
3-5 years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management levelSignificant time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsHighly organized with a strong attending to detailAbility to work effectively under pressure and time constraintsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint))Knowledge of Bank of America systems including: Workday, Concur, GEP SMART, ACR, ARM, etc.Concur or similar experience processing travel and expensesDesired Skills:
