Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Complex Director of Engineering’s schedule and appointments Handle all phone calls for Engineering department Update Purchase Order log and process Purchase Orders and Invoices Type and dispatch general office correspondence Liaise with contractors and other departments Ensure all correspondence is stamped and mailed Assist with managing contracts and be aware of contract renewal dates Ensure all departments have up to date information on outstanding jobs/projects Assist with the preparation of training and meetings as requested Check stationery stock and re-order where necessary Ensure general office tidinessREQUIREMENTS
HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering is preferred Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills Experience in Windows & basic hardware/software support Knowledge in mobile devices is highly preferred Well-versed with MS Office application
