POSITION SUMMARY:

Ken Garff St. George Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Regional GM/GM that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. Compensation will be based on experience. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
LOOKING FOR:
+ Self-motivated, committed to providing quality service in a fast-paced team-environment
+ Strong work ethic and highest level of integrity and professionalism
+ Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
+ Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff
+ Take and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on action items
+ Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, screen calls and emails; prioritize and respond as appropriate
+ Assist with special projects and research as needed
+ Manage office supply inventory for RVP/GM
+ Handle sensitive information with discretion
+ Represent the GM in a professional and courteous manner
+ Build and maintain positive relationships while creating lifetime customers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent. One year of previous related experience required.Must be able to multi-task.Ability to understand and follow directionsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in basic computer skillsWillingness to take on more tasks as assignedCOMPUTER SKILLS:Inventory Control Software, internet, Microsoft Office Products
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds.
