**Job Title:** **Administrative Assistant (DD)**
**Job Summary:** EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for an **Administrative Assistant** in **Herndon, VA.** This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Issue Work order and Purchase Orders to distribute
+ Involvement with Procurement in providing documentation and follow-up (Tracking).
+ Orders/Returns
+ Assist and/or cover Data Clerk
+ Attend meetings with Client and USG.
+ Filing, receptionist and updating site information monthly
**Qualifications:**
+ Must possess the ability to type up to 40wpm
+ Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
+ Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
+ Prolonged sitting.
