Job Description
This position provides strong administrative and billing support, as well as efficiently communicating with and supporting the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will excel in multi-tasking, organization, punctuality, dependability, and the ability to perform independently when needed.
Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers and other team members to provide quality and timely service, correspondence, and other needs to our customers and corporate office.Support the Commercial Plumbing team in contract implementation, invoicing, and effective communication within the organization to the proper team members.Provide quality administrative support, including producing and maintaining all quotes, invoicing, spreadsheets, reports, and other support as needed.Perform effectively and confidently, occasionally without supervision.Enter weekly payroll and process new hire paperwork.Prepare proposals with assistance from the Project Manager.Solicit vendor and sub-contractor quotes.Manage job permits.Prepare submittals for review by the Project Manager.Prepare weekly productivity reports.Manage job cost reporting.Prepare monthly Work In Progress (WIP) reports.Essential Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
