Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of a supervisor at the level of an Assistant Superintendent or the Chief Financial Officer, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and performing responsible, technical, and complex secretarial services for an assigned District-wide function; plan, organize, coordinate office activities and the flow of communications; and apply extensive knowledge of District policies and exercise independent judgment.

Experience/Education Five years broad, varied, and increasingly responsible office experience including executive or administrative secretarial experience. Graduation from high school with two years of business college or some equivalent combination of education and experience are desirable. Evaluation This position is supervised and evaluated by the Assistant Superintendent or Chief Financial Officer
